Job duties:
  • Form the payroll of Company departments and overall Company in accordance with planned production ramp up.
  • Supervise monthly payroll, bonuses, and allowances in Oracle systems as well as system calculation logic.
  • Supervise HR module implementation in Oracle system for Compensation and Benefits section.
  • Coordinate the organizational structures revision processes.
  • Develop and maintain Company Staff Table.
  • Develop and maintain the remuneration system for all Company employees.
  • Contribute to the development and administration of policies and procedures related to the compensations of expenses for candidates and employees.
  • Timely update on salaries, bonuses and allowances, benefits, etc.
  • Develop and maintain the job evaluation and grade administration rules.
  • Carry out regular analysis of the compensation & benefits system compared to market and company indicators.
  • Provide supervision over payroll spending, correct use of salary forms and systems, position salaries (tariff rates).
  • Control the compliance with the labour laws and other statutory regulations related to Compensation and Benefits.
  • Coordinate preparation of HR Department budget and control Department budget performance.
  • Contribute to productivity improvement projects and develop proposals for motivation, efficiency improvement and reduce employee turnover.
  • Within own competence to provide informational support to the company employees.
  • Timely update salaries, additional payments, allowances and submit to accounting for accruing.
  • Provide proposals related to the introduction and improvement of the labour compensation system.
  • Develop proposals related to the improvement of labour compensation system, material and moral incentives through analysis of existing forms efficiency.
  • Prepare Staff Table in accordance with approved management structure as per procedure.
  • Keep a record of labour indicators and salaries, perform its analysis and compile required reporting.
  • Establish and maintain labour, salaries and headcount database, update the reference and regulatory information used for data processing.
  • Administrate the Org Chart revision process.
  • Propose management processes optimization initiatives for compensation and benefits section.
  • Input data related to the Org Chart, positions and benefits into Oracle System.
  • Make required revisions to the Org Chart and administrate revision approval process.
Key requirements:
  • Higher education with relevant specialization.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in labor organization and remuneration in minerals production (metals, oil & gas, etc.) or service companies and/or mineral industry consulting companies.
  • Experience in introduction of the compensation models on the base of job assessment, as well as wage scale, and organizational structure based on position grades.
  • Knowledge of the RoK legislative and other normative acts, methodological and other materials relating to labor organization and remuneration system.

Working schedule:

  • Rotation based work 21/21 days
